1. Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products sold by Momentum Ridge are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage details—including duration, terms, and conditions—vary by product and manufacturer.

2. Product Quality

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your product arrives defective or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer a 100% refund or replacement, subject to verification.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

  • If there is visible damage to the packaging (even if the product appears intact), note the damage on the delivery receipt.

  • If you are unable to open the package immediately and suspect damage, mark “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.

  • Email clear photos of the damaged packaging and/or product to support@momentumridge.com so we can expedite your replacement or refund.


3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty coverage does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Environmental damage beyond standard operating conditions

  • Consumable parts or accessories, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer

4. Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@momentumridge.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect or malfunction (if applicable)

Once received, we will review your claim and may request additional information.
If the claim is approved, we will coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.


5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities

Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back for warranty evaluation

  • If a repair or replacement is approved, shipping of the repaired or replacement item may be covered by Momentum Ridge or the manufacturer

  • Labor, installation, or removal costs are not covered under standard warranties


6. Transferring Your Warranty

Most manufacturer warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
For exceptions or extended warranty options, please review your product documentation or contact our support team.


7. Disclaimers & Legal Limitations

  • This warranty represents our sole obligation with respect to warranty claims

  • Momentum Ridge disclaims liability for any incidental or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use the product

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these exclusions may not apply to you
